Over 5 weeks we introduce the rider's position and aids, with a focus on the seat. Exploring how we can influence the horse's posture and balance with our seat and how everyone can be taught to sit on a horse correctly. With the right understanding, we can make incredible improvements within weeks of practice, rather than years.
