Joining the Inner Circle means that you will have one-on-one coaching sessions with me on a regular basis and you keep my continuous personal support and guidance. Exclusive to a member of Inner circle, you will receive private online tuition once a Month, and recordings of each lesson will be shared in your secluded student group (formerly known as Masterclass student group). In addition to your private training sessions, we will come together once a month for a recorded Zoom meeting with your student group where we will dive into a topic chosen by you and the community. After 25 years of being a global clinician, I am excited to launch this new platform where I can focus solely on my Inner Circle Students. While I will no longer be widely available for one-on-one coaching online and in live clinics, my vision is to create a strong community of highly skilled ambassadors; Mentors, Trainers and Specialists who can lead the equestrian world to change.
I have had the privilege of working and collaborating with influential equestrians and innovative equine specialists, and I look forward to sharing all of this knowledge and experience with you. ONCE A MONTH PRIVATE TUITION
In this exclusive training program I will support you with monthly lessons. You can book your lesson at a date and time that suits you.
Simply check our inner circle' calendar and select an available date and time. You can choose to book a live lesson or a pre-recorded lesson. You will find the online calendar to book your lessons in our inner circle community. To book your lesson, you simply click on the calendar and (if applicable) leave me your video with a description and choose an available date and time that works for you!
- When it comes to live lessons, there are several options for filming, including the use of Pivo, Pixio, or Pixem devices. If you don't have access to these devices, you can always have a friend help hold your phone or tablet for filming, or simply place your device on a fence post for a better view. We connect through designed apps (like Pivo app) or through a zoom call if your lesson will be handheld.
- For pre-recorded lessons, simply send me a clear 15-minute video, which can be segmented if you prefer, of your work. Add a written description of any questions you have, and I'll provide feedback in our session.
PRIVATE FB STUDENT GROUP
Your lessons will be recorded and shared in your private group of fellow Inner circle students for a shared learning experience. Your group will keep you inspired and motivated on your journey. It is a place to connect & ask and share your opinions as well as share your experience and brainstorm. These private FB groups will be kept as close to the Masterclass group with which you share the in-person live events twice a year. Additionally, we have a number of extra online Inner Circle events that you will enjoy together in this group.
MONTHLY TOPIC MEETING
These monthly meetings will be recorded and placed in the group so you never have to miss out, even if there would be an occasion where you can’t make it. At the conclusion of each meeting, together we will pick the topic for the next month’s meeting so the topics are always relevant and diverse. Everyone is encouraged to participate in these discussions, join in to research the chosen topic and present your discoveries.
The aim of these meetings is to deepen the understanding of the horse in all different aspects and ultimately we will create a library of knowledge. Imagine the vast volume of topics of all of the inner circle groups combined, all for you to access anytime you like.
YEARLY INNER CIRCLE AMBASSADOR EVENT
Once a year all of our Inner Circle members will join together for an online meeting of minds. You are invited to actively participate at this event and welcome to give a presentation of a topic of your interest or showcase your work. Outside world class experts will join this event to give a presentation of their work. Through this event I hope you will take the chance to build strong connections between all the inner circle members, to increase your network and introduce yourself, to meet other experts, be inspired, deepen your knowledge and I hope it will inspire you to collaborate with like minded people inside this community!

At the Academy, I firmly believe that every horse showcased on our platform deserves a profile. I request your help in maintaining a profile of your horse(s) by filling in a profile sheet, which will be updated annually or whenever necessary.
As an ambassador, I understand the vital importance of amplifying the voice of each horse in our community. Each horse has a unique story to tell, and their individual journeys form the basis of our approach in teaching the equestrian arts, always with an unwavering commitment to their welfare. Sharing their story helps new students appreciate the autonomy of the horse and highlights your skills and depth of knowledge as a dedicated member of the Academy.
Together, let us work towards creating a better world for equines and their owners. Join me in promoting a community where every horse's needs are prioritised, and their welfare is never compromised.
