The Hothouse Effect - why online coaching works

Since starting the Online Masterclasses, we have all witnessed the significant advances our riders and their horses have made.
Originally intended to assist Belinda’s students with their riding journey during the pandemic when international and even regional travel was stopped, we have found that the online experience has accelerated our learning.
When this pandemic is over, and we are all able to move about freely again, the Online Masterclasses will continue to support the Academy’s international community as a valuable addition to Belinda’s teaching practice and on-the-ground Masterclass Clinics.
The accelerated learning and ‘hothouse effect’ is felt by all participants in the Online Masterclass community – horses, riders and theory students equally as the Belinda's online coaching allows for deep discussion and illustration of the issues each horse and rider face.
Using 3D anatomical software and her extensive personal photographic library, Belinda can show what is happening in the pre-recorded footage riders submit as well as through in-depth discussions following the live video streaming option.
This technical capacity creates intense, effective and highly enjoyable interaction between all the participants. Thank you for being a part of this immensely rewarding endeavour.
